The Operational Model of Drops of Life

The Operational Model of Drops of Life After much thought, testing, and dead ends, I managed to perfect the operational model that Drops of Life will follow. I poured in all the imagination and love I could until I found the solution that will sustain this dream for many years. From the start, one thing was non-negotiable:100% of donations goes directly to the projects. This was the driving force in my mind, because only this way can I offer complete transparency to everyone who wants to support what we do.Transparency will be ensured through a live piggy bank representing each current project. Since not a single euro will be withheld from donations, everyone will know exactly how much money is available for each project.Once the piggy bank is full, I'll send the funds to Tanzania, and the project will begin.

In each project's folder, everyone will be able to see its progress, photos, receipts, and detailed information. I want people to know what's happening, where every euro goes, and how it changes a life. However, as dreamy as all this sounds, there was one major difficulty that troubled me for a long time:If Drops of Life keeps nothing from donations, how will operating expenses be covered?Office rent, Accountant, Advertising, Website maintenance,Future salaries, when the organization growsSo far, I've personally covered all operating expenses from my own work. But for the future, there needed to be a stable, sustainable model. That's why I decided the following:
An independent company, "Drops e-shop", will be created, offering products and services. From its net profits, 90% will be donated to Drops of Life.

This way, the organization can operate independently, without needing to withhold any money from donations—and without ever losing the complete transparency that has always been at the core of this dream.
